     Chicken Club Ring

Ingredients
3 cups coarsely chopped chicken
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained & chopped
1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese, divided
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 egg white, lightly beaten
 
2 packages (8 oz) cresent rolls

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Combine chicken, bacon, 3/4 cup of the cheese, mayo, mustard, parsley, & garlic; mix well.
Scoop filling evenly over desired shape; top with tomato slices. Finish shape as directed. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
DIRECTIONS FOR RING: Unroll 2 packages of cresent rolls; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping in a circle on stone with wide ends 4 inches from edge of stone. (points will extend off of stone). Roll wide ends of dough towards center to create 5 inch opening. Fill evenly over dough. Bring points of triangle over filling & tuck under dough at center to form a ring.
