     Diabetic Coleslaw

Ingredients
One small or 1/2 large head cabbage (about 2 Pounds)
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons suger
2 green onions with green tops, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
one clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
 

Instructions
Cut cabbage into smaller sections and pulse to a fine grind. Place in a large bowl
Mix remaining ingredients in the food processor and poor over the cabbage and put in refrigerator for 6hrs to cool. enjoy
