     Creamy Potato and Leek Soup

Ingredients
6-7 Potatoes- peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon Parsley
5 Cups Water
2 Leeks, chopped
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 Onions, chopped
1/3 Cup Butter
1 Carrot, sliced
 
1-13 Ounce Can Evaporated Milk
1 Stalk Celery, chopped
4 Chicken Boullion Cubes
Chopped Chives

Instructions
Place all ingredients in crockpot except evaporated milk and chives. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Sitr in evaporated milk during last hour.
Sprinkle chives on top of each bowl.
