8 Potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 Onions, chopped

2 Carrots, peeled and sliced

28 Ounce Can Chicken Broth

1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
|

1 Teaspoon Salt
|

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/4 Cup Flour

Instructions |
|
|
Combine everything in crockpot except flour, butter and half and half. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
|

In pan melt butter, stir in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in half and half. Continure to stir until smooth and thickend.

Pour milk into crockpot and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
