Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tspn Olive Oil
1/2 tspn Balsamic Vinegar
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1/8 tspn Dried Oregano
1 lb Mushrooms (sliced - preference)
 

Instructions
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, organo, and mushrooms.
Saute for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
