     Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   24

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup grated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1-1/4 cups Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1-3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1-1/2 cups (9 ounces) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Mix in pumpkin, milk and butter. Stir in morsels and 1/2 cup walnuts. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into 24 greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling almost full. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts. (Note - thought this was too messy when eating, nuts fall off - recommend leaving nuts off top.)
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.
