     Peanut Butter Mousse Pie

Ingredients
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky)
8 oz. of Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream (divided)
1 Graham Cracker Crust
4 oz. of Semi-Sweet Chocolate (block)
 

Instructions
Mix sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla with beater until ingredients are blended together.
In another bowl, use 1 cup of the heavy cream, mix with beater until thick. Then put into peanut butter mixture. Then put into graham cracker crust.
Topping: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate. While cooling, use the remaining 1/4 cup of heavy cream, mix with beater until thick. After the chocolate is completely cooled, fold the heavy cream into the choclate. Spread the topping mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture.
Refrigate! Best to make pie in morning or evening.
