     Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 C milk
3/4 C soft bread drumbs
2 cans (7 1/2 oz ea) flaked, cooked crabmeat
3 hard cooked, diced egg whites
3 hard cooked, mashed egg yolks
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
dash cayenne pepper
3 Tbl melted butter
 
buttered bread crumbs or wheaties

Instructions
Heat oven to 450. Mix milk and breadcrumbs.
Gently stir in crabmeat and egg whites. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Place in loaf pan or 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs or wheaties
Bake 15 mins.
