     Judy's Scalloped Potatoes

1 1/2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 C melted margarine
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt sour cream
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped celery
2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 C crushed corn flakes

Place potatoes in a 9x13" greased pan. Saute the onions in celery in the 1/2 C margarine.
Sprinkle the celery and onions over the potatoes.
Combine salt, pepper, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle corn flakes over top. Dribble over remaning margarine
Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
