     Smoked salmon in creamy sauce

Ingredients
200g of smoked salmon cut in chunks
4-5 cut in chunks tomatoes
200g of chopped black olives
125ml of sour cream
2 tbl spoons of olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
 

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in the pan, add onion, fry for about 4 min.
Add tomatoes, olives, sour cream and smoked salmon. Cook for another 4-6 min, until ready.
Serving Suggestions
Best served as a pasta sause (or rice or potatoes on the side); brocolli, sugar snaps as veggies are great.
