     Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
6 lbs boston butt (pork shoulder)
5 lbs stew beef
2 quartered big back chicken or whole chicken
7 cans whole corn
7 cans whole tomatoes
barbeque sauce
salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Cook butt and beef in pressure cooker at #15 for 35 mins. Cool and debone. Cook chicken in pressure cooker on #15 for 25 mins. Drain water off corn. Open all tomatoes.
Grind a little of each meat until all is ground (alternating). Pour juice of tomatoes over ground stuff. Put in large pot on stove and cook for a long time over a very slow stove.
Add salt & pepper and barbeque sauce to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Great when a cold wind is blowing or a big storm is coming!
