Preheat oven to 350. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sauce mix with tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 mins. Set aside.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat. Add 1/2C of above sauce to ground beef and mix well.

|
|
Lightly cover the bottom of a casserole dish with sauce. Start with a layer of tortillas. Spread sauce over tortillas. Layer with ground beef and cheese.

|
|
Repeat until ground beef and sauce is used up. Final layer should be tortillas with sauce on top. Finish with layer of shredded cheese. Bake for 15 mins.
