     French Fried Butternut Squash

Ingredients
1 squash
oil
salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Peel squash and cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and stringy portions. Cut in 1/4 inch slices.
Fry approx. 4 mins in hot oil until brown and tender. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
