     Cream Puffs

Ingredients
DOUGH
1 stick butter
dash salt
1 cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
FILLING
1/2 cup milk
1 pint heavy wipping cream
 
1 small box Jello instant vanilla or chocolate pudding

Instructions
To make DOUGH: combine water, salt, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour in flour all at once and mix with a wooden spoon until mixture forms as ball. Add eggs one at a time and mix until combined.
DOUGH continued: Drop by heaping teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and place on rack. Let cool a little. Cut off the tops and remove any uncooked dough from the middle.
To make FILLING: Combine all ingredients and whip until mixture peaks. Fill puffs.
Misc - Puffs can be made a day or two in advance. They can be left (unstuffed) on the counter covered with papertowels. Okay to freeze unstuffed puffs.
