     Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
3 Tbl dijon mustard
6 boneless, pork loin chops
1/2 C french's onions
 
Instructions
Place french's onions in a food processor or personal blender and pulse until consistencey of fine bread crumbs. Set aside.
Spread mustard on both sides of chops. Place in a 2-Qt baking dish. Press onion crumbs onto the top and sides of each chop.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins.
