     Almond and Peach Crusted Pork Chops

1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Peach Preserves
1/2 Cup Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
1 tablespoon Cornmeal
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
6 Pork Chops
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Chopped Fresh Parsley

In medium bowl,beat egg and preserves an a shallow dish with fork, breaking apart any pieces of preserves.
In second bowl mis, Bisquick,almonds, cornmeal and salt. Dip chops in egg mixture and then into dry mixture.
Heat oil in skillet and cook over medium heat 15-18 minutes until pork is done. Sprinkle with parsley.
