     Balsamic Burgers

Ingredients
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped fine
1 Large Onion, chopped fine
2 Tablespoons Balsalmic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
6 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
3 Tablespoons Butter
 
Instructions
Combine everything except buns and butter in a large bowl. Form into 6 patties. Grill to desired doneness.
Spread butter on buns and toast in skillet or on grill. Place burgers on buns and serve hot.
