1tsp vanilla

1/2tsp nutmeg

8 cinnamon raisin bread slices

2T butter

2 Granny smith apples(peeled cored sliced)

3/4c maple syrup
|
|
1/4tsp cinnamon
|

Instructions |

|
Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, nutmeg. Soak bread for 5min.

Skillet: melt 1T butter add apples and 2T maple syrup cook on high 8min stirring constantly. Add remaining cinnamon, syrup

Heat veggie oil and butter. Cook bread until golden. Half the bread and serve w/ apples on top
|
