     Chicken Florentine

Ingredients
10oz frozen spinach
6 chicken breast halves-shredded
2 cans cream of mushrooms
1c mayo
1c sour cream
2c cheddar cheese
2T lemon juice
1tsp curry powder
1/2c dry white wine
 
1/2c parmesean
1/2c bread crumbs
2T butter

Instructions
Combine soup, sour cream, may, cheddar, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper, wine and whisk. Combine with chicken and spinach.
Pour into casserole dish sprayed with oil. top with bread crumbs and parmesean cheese. Dot with butter and bake 350 for 30min
