Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn -drained
1 can cream style corn
1 stick low fat butter
8 oz light sour cream
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
dash salt
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° Spray casserole pan with cooking spray. Melt butter, mix all ingredients together,pour into casserole pan.
Bake until light brown. Approximately 30 - 60 minutes. Serve warm.
