Whisk dry ingredients together. Using a rubber spatula, beat in the peanut butter until it's soft, then stir in the eggs, milk, and butter. Mix in the chocolate chips.
Lightly oil a skillet and preheat it over medium heat.
For each pancake, drop 1/3 batter onto the skillet. Pat into rounds and cook until bottoms are golden; flip and cook other side.
Let cool; serve with ice cream and hot fudge.
