     Black Bean and Corn Soup

Ingredients
3/4lb. lean ground beef
2cups frozen whole kernal corn
2 (15oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1-14oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1-14oz can beef broth
1tsp. cumin
3tsp. chili powder
 

Instructions
Spray pot with Pam; add ground beef; cook over med-high heat until browned. Drain beef on paper towels.
Return beef to pot, add remaining indredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
