Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towel. Coarsely chop bacon. Pour a bag of popcorn into a large bowl. Toss with bacon, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 4 Tbsp. melted butter, and 2 tsp. buttermilk Ranch dressing mix. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. ground pepper and serve immediately.
