cook broccoli according to package directions, drain.
Cook rice according to package directions.
In a large bowl add; broccoli, soup, onion, rice, mayonnaise, & cheese. Mix together well. Pour into buttered 13x9in glass casserole dish. Top with layer of parmesan cheese, then crushed ritz crackers.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Or until bubbly.
