4 oz. egg noodles

1 lb. ground beef
|

1/3 cup chopped onion

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
|

1 tsp. salt
|

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 pkg. (3oz) cream cheese, softened
|
| |
1/4 cup sour cream
|

Instructions |

|
|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed.
|
|
|
|
In a skillet, cook beef & onion until done, drain.
|
|
|
|
Stir in tomato sauce & salt, heat to boiling, reduce heat, simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining indregients and noodles.

|
|
Put in casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes
|
