saute veggies in Olive Oil or butter for 10 minutes.
After that add the 1/2 c flour stirring for 1 minute.
meanwhile toss chicken breast in pan to cook. This should take the time it takes to chop veggies and do everything! So by the time it's in the casserole dish you can cut up chicken.

combine broth and half and half, then gradually stir into veggies. Mixing constantly over med heat until thickened and bubbly.

remove from heat stir in salt and pepper. pour in 13X9 casserole dish. Chicken should be finished cut it up and then mix it in.

place pie crust on pot pie, cut slits in. toss in 400 degree oven for 40-50 minutes, or until crust is done. ( I have not cooked this and might not be using the same size pan, so watch your crust.)
