     Pumpkin Swirl

Ingredients
PUMPKIN BREAD
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin (7.5 ounces)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
 
FILLING
1 - 8 ounce package creamcheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoon butter / margarine
1 cup powdered sugar

wax paper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat PUMPKIN BREAD ingredients together for five minutes. Line jelly roll pan (15 3/4 x 10 3/4) with wax paper. Spread mixture on sheet (thin layer). Bake immediately at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Sprinkle dish towel with powdered sugar. Flip cake onto towel & carefully remove wax paper. Roll cake in towel and let sit.
Cream together the FILLING ingredients. Unroll cake, cut in half to make two squares. Spread each half with mixture. Reroll cake and refrigerate.
