1 (8oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 (28oz.) package frozen hash brows with onions and peppers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Unroll crescent roll dough and press on botton and partially up sides of a 13 x 9 baking dish. Press perforation to seal. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well and sprinkle over crust.
Prepare frozen hash browns according to package directions and spoon over sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over hashbrowns.
Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients; pour evenly over shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes until set.
