20 oz. Frozen Broccoli, thawed

2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1 Onion, chopped

3 eggs

3/4 c. Bisquick

1/2 tsp. Salt

| |
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Instructions |

|
|
In two greased pie plates place broccoli, 1 c. cheese, and onion.
|

|
Mix together eggs, milk, bisquick, salt, and pepper. Pour over broccoli. Bake for 30 min. at 400*.

Sprinkle remaining 1 c. cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
