     Tomato Asparagus Salad

1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed & cut to bite size pieces
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped green onions (or red onion)
1/4 c. light mayo or Miracle Whip
2T spicy mustard
1/4 c. fresh grated parmesan reggiano cheese

Cook asparagus in boling water for 4 minutes, place in ice water to stop the cooking process
Mix the mayo, mustard and cheese
Combine the asparagus, diced tomatoes, chopped onion with the mayo/mustard/cheese mixture. Feel fee to add diced cooked chicken, shrimp, ham, or whatever you have in the icebox.
Chill before serving

Always good with a glass of chardonnay
