     Parmesean Crusted Pork Chops

2 eggs
1c Italian Bread
3/4c parmesean cheese
4 pork chops
salt and pepper
6T olive oil
 
Instructions
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Coat with cheese, dip in egg, then crumbs. Pat to adhere. Cook on med-high 6min each side
