     Crab Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
6 Potatoes
2 medium shallots
butter
3 cloves garlic
2T Thyme
2c cooked crabmeat
2c cheese
1/2c sour cream
1T parsley
 
salt and pepper
Instructions
Prick holes in potatoes with fork place on rack and bake 45min on 400.
Cook shallots in 2T butter. Add garlic thyme browing the shallots. Add crab and cook till heated
Scoop out center of potatoes. Mix all ingredients and place into potatoe skins. Bake 35min.
