Mix Gingerbread according to pkg.
Heat Applesauce in Large Sauce pan W/Lid.
Pour Prepared Gingerbread Mix over Sauce, breaking fall with a spoon, to keep cake batter on top.
Cover and cook over med to low heat, till knife inserted in top comes out clean.
Serve in bowls.
