     Key Lime Pie

1 pkg. graham crackers (apx 16)
1/4 C sugar
1/3 C butter (melted)
2 eggs
2 egg yolks (discard egg whites)
2 cans sweetened cond. milk
2/3 C key lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend crust ingredients in food processor. Press into 9" pie plate. Bake 15 minutes.
For filling, blend milk, and eggs well, then add juice. Pour into pre-baked shell and return to oven for 15 minutes. Chill well. Serve with whipped cream.
