     Cinnamon cream Rollups

Ingredients
1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
1 loaf (1pound) sandwich bread; crust removed
1 Tbl. cinnimon
1/4 cup butter, melted
 

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4cup sugar;mix well.
Flatten bread slices with rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture over each slice of bread to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Roll up diagonally from point to point.In shallow bowl, combine cinnamon and remaining sugar. Dip roll ups in melted butter then cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 19 minutes; or until lightly brown. Remove to wire rack.
