     Double Chocolate Torte

Ingredients
cake: 8 oz dark chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup plain flour
mousse: 1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 large eggs - separated
 
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
8 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup + 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons redcurrant jelly
redcurrant bunches

Instructions
preheat oven to 325 butter 10 inch diameter cake tin dust with sugar melt chocolate in pan cool to lookwarm whisk in sugar & eggs 1 at a time mix in vanilla, salt & flour poar batter into pan & bake until rises, but not totaly cooked.
cool completely & poar over mousse
