     Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients
8 oz sour cream
3 C shredded cheese (mozzarella or Monterey/cheddar mix)
1 pack Lipton Garlic Seasoning – to taste
1 pack frozen chopped Spinach (defrost)
 
Instructions
First defrost Spinach in microwave and drain. Place in large mixing bowl.
Next add spinach, cheese, sour cream, Lipton mix until all ingredients are mixed.
Stir and place in microwave to heat up for approximately 5 minutes. Remove and stir intermittently.
Serve in a hollowed out round bread loaf with bread chunks.
