     Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
4 c. sliced carrots (about 8)
1 onion, chopped
3 T. butter
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 c. shredded cheese
3 c. herb flavored croutons
1/2 c. melted butter
 

Instructions
Cook carrots in salted water. Saute onion in butter. Combine with drained carrots, soups, seasonings and cheese. Put into baking dish. Top with croutons tossed in butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
