Combine flour, baking powder and salt; cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until moist. Fold in blueberries. Fill in muffin pans and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
