     Chicken Enchilads

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 small carton of sour cream
1 small can shopped green chilies
flour tortillas
 

Instructions
Bake chicken and cut into small pieces. Add onion and 3/4 of cheese to chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and chilies together.
Spread 3/4 of mixture inbottom of 9"x13" baking dish. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll torillas and place in dish on top of soup mixture. Spread remainder of soup on torillas. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
