     Spinach & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
2 (10 oz.) fronzen spinach, thawed
1 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
8 T. melted butter
6 eggs, beaten
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 T. flour
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Lightly grease 13"x9" baking dish. Drain spinach. Saute onion and garlic in 2 T. butter. Mix spinach with eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, flour and remaining butter. Add sauted onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 1 hours at 350 degrees.
