Crust: pat ingredients mixed together into 13x9-inch pan and bake in oven at 325* for 25 minutes.
Next Layer:
Mix ingredients together until whipped; spread 1/2 of mixture on crust evenly.
Next : Make 2 packages (same flavor) Jello instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread set mixture evenly. Then add remaining cream cheese layer. then 2nd Jello pudding layer. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate
