     5 Spice duck

Ingredients
Duck Breast
5 Spice
Soy sauce
Runner beans
Mushrooms
Chicken stock
Garlic clove
Hazelnuts
 

Instructions
Score the duck skin, rub on the 5 spice and seasoning. pan on high heat, duck skin side down. Reduce heat fry for 8 minutes, till the skin is crispy.
Part boil beans for 10 minutes. Turn the duck and fry for 5 more minutes. remove excess fat (save for roast potatoes).
remove the duck and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Fry the mushrooms, garlic and beans in the duck pan. Smash the hazelnuts and add.
Make a quick sauce with the chicken stock and soy sauce. Slice the duck. Serve.
