In 2 qt sauce pn, add meat, salt, chili powder, garlic, cumin, paprika and enough water to cover meat. Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for about an hour. Then add onion, bell pepper and continue cooking 20 or 30 more minutes.

Soft Beef Tacos: Heat oil in skillet. Cook corn tortillas one at a time in hot oil until soft, about 10 or 15 seconds. Drain. Spoon 2 tbsp of the taco meat mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold over eat, roll up like an enchilada. Garnish with tomato, lettuce & cheese. Top with sour cream & guacamole would be great. Rice and refried beens would complete the plate. Serve salsa on the side.
