Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and melted butter together, add Rice Krispies. Chill 1-2 hrs. Roll into logs. Freeze again until hardened.
Dipping: In the top of the double boiler, melt together the chocolate chips, semi sweet chocolate and paraffin. Dip logs in chocolate with a toothpick or large needle. Cool on buttered wax paper or foil. Cool 15 minutes before removing.
