     Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
Head of Cabbage
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
salt and pepper
garlic
1 cup cooked rice
1 small onion diced and fried until translucent
1 med can contadina tomatoes
12 oz hunts tomato sauce
 
6 ouz hunts tomato paste
Instructions
boil cabbage 20 mins and remove leaves
combine pork, beef, garlic, rice, onion, salt and pepper
roll mixture in leaves and place in pot. cover with combined tomato sauce mixture
cook for 2-2 1/2 hours. Start heat on high then lower to a simmer
