Instructions |

cube meat, coat in flour, and brown in oil. Remove meat as it browns and set aside.

Reduce heat and add onions and cook for 3 mins. Add garlic

Stir in extra flour and add beef broth, salt and pepper
|
|
|
|
Add in meat and carrots and reduce heat to low, simmer for 1 hour. Add mushrooms and potatoes and cook until both are done, about 20 mins.
