     El Rose Con Leche

Ingredients
2 C of white rice
1 can of condensed milk
2 Cinnamon Sticks
4 Qts of water
Sugar
Cinnamon
Milk
 
Instructions
Boil the water and cinnamon sticks then add the rice. Cover and continue boiling until the rice is done or soft and tender.
Reduce the heat or turn off, then add the condensed milk. Mix very well!
Add extra cinnamon, sugar and milk to fullfill the creamyness and taste of cinnamon and sweetness you prefer.
