     Swanson Pan Sauteed Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken breast halves
2 TBS flour
2 TBS olive oil
2 small red onions, quartered
8 oz baby carrots
1lb potatoes
1 1/2 cups swanson chicken stock
3 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS oregano (fresh)
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Season the chicken as desired and coat in flour.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch oven safe skillet over med-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until its well browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Add the onions and potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 mins. Add the carrots, stock, lemon juice, and oregano and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet and cover.
Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Uncover the skillet and bake for 15 mins or until the chicken is cooke through and the vegetables are tender.
