Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake

Ingredients

 8 breakfast sausage links, cooked
-
 1 c. bisquick
-
 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-
 1/2 c. milk
-
 1 egg
-
 1/2 c. chopped apple
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 450. Grease a 8x8x2 square baking dish. Beat baking mix, cinnamon, milk and egg. Stir in apple. Pour into dish, arrange sausages on top. Bake 20-25 minutes until brown.
